The size of the room is comfortable.

The check-in process is not good. There was no front desk at the time I arrived, and I was supposed to collect the key from a secret location which is a key box but I never received the code. The room was not clean, the floor was full of dust, walking out bear foot was very obvious. The towels had whole and old, the bedding and bed sheets not sure if new.

Pet friendly y que fuera oscuro

No querían devolver el depósito el día que abandoné la estancia, no hay papel, no sirve el wifii, hay mucho ruido y no se puede descansar, el gerente no tiene facultades aptas para dar atención al cliente. El lugar es sucio

La comunicación malisima estuve tratando de ponerme en contacto con la persona y no respondia las llamadas estuve afuera media hora hasta que me escribio me pide que deposite a una cuenta ajena a Booking para darme acceso

Esta bien la cocina pero estaría mejor agregar más utensilios como un sartén o comal y una licuadora la haría más completa

La ubicación es buena.

Reservé aquí y cuando llegué, mi habitación estaba ocupada. Quien estaba atendiendo no sabía absolutamente nada. Nos movieron a su otra ubicación y fue terrible. Tardaron mucho en darnos una habitación. El lugar estaba MUY SUCIO, el baño hasta desconfianza da usarlo. No había personal alguno, daba miedo que saliera algún animal. Los trastes estaban SUCIOS. Las toallas estaban sucias también, en las esquinas del baño se veían hongos, chicles pegados, cabellos ahí. Ugh. Además, al salir del lugar no hay nadie para hacer un check. Es terrible porque no dan respuesta alguna.
