The host arranged a time to hand over the keys and explained about the apartment. He regularly checked that things were ok with my stay. If I had any questions he responded quickly . Located in a quiet part of Coyoacán it’s a great base from which to explore. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Localisation, calme, rangements dans la chambre

L'accueil : j'avais donné au loueur une heure approximative d'arrivée, en tenant compte de la circulation à Mexico. 40 minutes avant notre arrivée, j'ai envoyé un message à bord du taxi au propriétaire pour lui dire notre heure d'arrivée exacte. Nous avons attendu 20 minutes sous la pluie, il était chez sa petite amie qui habite ailleurs, alors que ses parents qui vivent au RDC étaient présents. Il a pris les clefs chez eux à son arrivée. Pas de visite de l'appartement, aucune explication, pas de book .... Le froid: pas de chauffage, nous demandons un chauffage d'appoint : fin décembre, température extérieure la nuit : 8 degrés environ. Il fait froid dans le logement. Affichage le matin dans l'appartement max 14 degrés et 80% d'humidité. Sa réponse : ça ne fait pas partie des équipements de l'appartement. Il nous a fourni des couvertures supplémentaires. Le manque de propreté : ménage fait en surface. Sous le lit: voir la photo. Escaliers donnant au logement sont sales. Meubles de l'annonce différents de la réalité : lit plus petit ( son argument : est de meilleure qualité que celui de la photo), table et chaises vieillottes alors que modernes sur la photo ( même réponse de sa part). Meubles, canapés usagés. Équipements: pas de bouilloire contrairement à ce qui est dans l'annonce, éponges sales, vaisselle usagée, dépareillée minimaliste, 1 seul bol. Frigo, cafetière, gazinière, tv ok. Pas de terrasse privative comme mentionnée dans l'annonce. Eau chaude uniquement dans la douche. Mauvaise gestion : il ignorait quel jour nous arrivions et quel jour nous repartions. Nous sommes partis du logement le vendredi au lieu car nous sommes tombés malades. Aucun arrangement financier trouvé avec le propriétaire. Deux autres personnes mécontentes sont parties elles aussi de l'appartement en face quand nous étions là.

Loved everything from owners to location & Large apartment.

The place is very quiet and spacious and does feel private. The kitchen had everything I needed (although a water filter would be a great addition to the place). I liked that the owner greeted me and showed me around.

The apartment can seem a little bit dark if you like your place to have more natural light.

My recent stay in Coyoacán, Mexico City was nothing short of delightful, thanks to this cozy Airbnb nestled in the heart of the vibrant neighborhood. Location-wise, this place couldn't be better. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the space. The owners have clearly taken great care to ensure a spotless environment, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, what truly sets this Airbnb apart is the warmth and hospitality of the owners. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Very big Appartment with plenty of space. Big living room, kitchen. Very nice and helpful owner, ready to help at any time.

I wish, it might be a little bit cleaner. It would also be good to have some coffe and sugar in the kitchen.
