Clear communication with the host. The people who help the host (housekeepers) are very nice and kind. The location is good.

The room smelled bad, but the windows can not be opened. The host told me that it was for safety reasons. The shower was cold at nights. I asked the host, "Why is the water cold at night?" she replied that it's not possible. This was not true; you had to let it run for long time (about 10 minutes) before it turns to hot. Unfortunately the host didn't tell me that, so it took me a few days to learn how to have a hot shower. I struggled with the apartment's smell and inability to open the windows. I contacted a host with this issues, she messaged me back that she sent housekeepers to check it out, and they haven't found any problems. In fact, no one entered the apartment while I was staying there. When I was checking out I found a piece of paper outside of the apartment, in the corridor, with the note, asking to call back to schedule the visit.

Convenient location close to public transport, cafes and the ocean. There is everything you need: a full kitchen and Wi-Fi, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, and a coffee machine, availability of beach chairs and umbrellas in the room.

Close to neach, everything what is needed is inside. We had a problem with bed and airconditions on firdt day, promotly reacted amd solved immediatelly. If we habe question to area, always snseered. Even if we booked a car for two day, after question where we can closly park, owners prkimg place offered for free. Wery nice communication.

The apartment is very close to the beach, it is small but very cozy and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable and the whole room is very well lit.

Plenty of cooking utensils but no cutlery.
