Great location, comfortable apartment with all mod cons and amenities. Host was excellent and sorted out any issue that we had promptly ( all minor)

"Really lovely holiday , very nice apartment in an excellent location."

The property is in an excellent location, lovely bars nearby and Lidl for food shopping.

Unfortunately there was no pool use , however this was a general Spanish water shortage and no fault of the urbanisation. Not much sun on the balcony and no beds unless you take them down to the garden.

"Amazing holiday at our lovely La Cala Live Apartment in beautiful La Cala de Mijas!"

Our host, Fernando, was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. He sent us a detailed video about accessing the apartment and was always on the end of the phone if we needed to ask anything. The apartment itself was really comfortable, spotlessly clean and with everything included that normally would have to be bought (toilet rolls, washing powder, washing up liquid, shower gel, shampoo etc). Very generous of the host to supply all of this! We also loved the large balcony with lovely sea views and looking over the immaculate gardens. The swimming pool was beautiful and the entire complex was quiet and very relaxing. The location was good, right next to a supermarket and with a number of very pleasant restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk (La Piccola Casa was excellent! Really friendly staff, delicious food and reasonably priced). Regarding the 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach - We found this no problem at all and got quite used to walking over the pedestrian bridge. The beach was beautiful, with sunbeds and a range of Chiringuitos selling delicious fresh food for lunch. We therefore had a wonderful stay at La Cala Live. Even when our return flight was cancelled, Fernando accommodated us for an extra night at minimal cost until we could catch our flight a day later. Really lovely place to stay and we would definitely love to go back! Thank you Fernando!

One small thing, not a criticism but just to be helpful - Perhaps a mirror in the bedroom would be useful as currently only one mirror in the bathroom.
