The home was stunning. Decor excellent. Location excellent.

Attention to detail somewhat lacking. Ie: you have 5 guests . But there is almost no toilet paper in the bathrooms. We continued our stay in Camps Bay. The hostess took everything into account. At the end of the day, these are the things that count. Not just the decor etc. Especially even you so far from stores

Location of the house is absolutely perfect and amazing, right on the beachfront with the sound of the waves and uninterrupted views!

the agents weren’t very clued up about the space; like the usage of the inverter or where the light switches were, also just handed over the keys and left

House needs serious maintenance, no swimming towels, no cushions for outdoor loungers rendering them useless

The location was brilliant

Interior design, was outdated and overpowering Such a shame as if a more simpler approach to design it would have been a perfect stay as the location is gorgeous. I’m afraid the old fashioned interior clutter means we will not stay in this property again.

The house is located in the most amazing position. You walk ten steps and are on the beach. The views from two of the bedrooms are just breathtaking. The little splash pool/jacuzzi is a bonus.

There were no beach towels and we were not told to bring any either. In the information booklet there was no info about the Wi-Fi password. The property had run out of electricity so when load shedding kicked in the inverter battery died leaving us in complete darkness with no matches or lighter to light a candle and no spare rechargeable lights. None of the remotes seemed to work properly (perhaps the batteries were flat). All these small things is what changes the stay from excellent to good.
