La procédure d’arrivée

Brilliant location at the foreshore of Lake Iseo, cafe downstairs and easy access without too many stairs - which is a prevailing feature of the island! Stairs everywhere! Large apartment with lots of light. It even has a bath!! Hosts were very friendly. This is a real Italian experience and there is limited English spoken, so brush up on your important phrases.

No tea or coffee provided. It’s a small thing but kind of expected now. It was confusing on arrival because the number given to call the host was not the right number; then I was given another number but then someone just turned up to let us in. It’s an island thing - where everyone knows everyone but for first time visitors it was very confusing.

The outside old steps are difficult and should have a handrail to help the climb

the property was a well appointed self contained two bedroom apartment excellently located and with lovely views over the lake. Highly recommendable.

it was excellent, the setting, the walks, the little bus zooming along the winding narrow roads to the charming distant villages. Couldn't ask for more...oh, and the food was excellent and affordable.
