Location and view from the property. Staff was also good.

Car park wasn’t easy to get in as it was a very steep and at one stage I had to get everyone off the car to carry on. Also there are 40-50 steps from car park to actual apartments so not recommended for old age or disable people.

The property was great. Food was also pretty decent and views are awesome. The entire staff is very cooperative and helpful - didn’t have any complaints.

In order to get to the property - it has a steep walk. But the effort is worth it.

Ambiance, Serenity and beauty of nature everything was perfect. Food was amazing also staff was too cooperative and friendly.

I have a serious suggestion about the ramp for wheel chair or any lift possible. But ramp would be okay because too many stairs from parking are very hard to cover for old age people and families with kids. Please take this seriously as it will definitely benefit the property.

The staff was really efficient and polite in handling all issues and made the stay really comfortable.

Steep ramps and limited Parking, power outages, no creamer for coffee in breakfast buffet and also no hot water thermos. Hot water was only provided when asked. Spiders in bathroom when we arrived but staff took care of it. But for future it is suggested that the window of bathroom should be kept shut to avoid bugs etc.

"The property and their arrangements could not meet my expectations"

Location but not remarkablr

Walkways are not comfortable. Very limited items and choices for breakfast. Initially they allocated wrong type of room and changed it subsequently charging more money. I booked 2 separate rooms but upon arrival, I saw that they allotted a family room which was not appropriate for us
