Gali's End By Roomy, Kalabagh Nathiagali

Every aspect of my stay was exceptional. I have not experienced a host that was this cooperative and accomodating. The services (in fact super services) provided do not compare with any other stay I have experienced. My humble gratitude to all the staff there.

Roomy needs to clearly indicate that the access to this property is through a flight of some 90 steps..... It is not possible for seniors to climb these stairs. Although the staff chair-carried my parents up the stairs every day, it was still difficult for them to climb down. Roomy needs to make some proper arrangement for access to the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Galis End. It is located in the heart of Nathiagali and offers stunning views. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, and the breakfast was amazing. A must-visit.

Quite - away from Nathiagali rush. Nice, welcoming and supportive staff. Apartment to stay as a family was a good experience.

Reaching the hotel was a nightmare for older members of the family - although this place is supposed to be a family stay point. No signage on the way from Kalabagh to the hotel. We got lost as there was no internet signal as you enter Kalabagh and this made it very difficult to reach hotel. The road to the top or the drive way is very narrow and is in a very bad shape - not good for the cars. The toilets in the apartment are very small especially the shared one. Would be better if one more toilet is carved out for the third bedroom to give good privacy to all family members. Internet connection wasn't very good although it works. Can be due to the area but see if it can be improved. Windows in the bedrooms are fixed with nails as some are broken. Needs to be repaired or renewed. In pictures the place looks elegant but reality is slightly not as much.

but In the same rate other hotels offer lot of other facilities not talking about pools or anything but atleast they should have basic facilites in room like hair dryer, fridge , washroom size was too small ...plus our tv was also not working

The location and the serene environment away from the busy city in nathia gali. The staff attitude and behaviour was exceptionally good .

Me and the family had a great stay at Gali's End by Roomy. The 5 bed room villa/apartment was very clean and we had a great view from the top. The food was also good. The team of Basharat, Muneeb and Abdullah under the leadership of Hamad were exceptional and they ensured that we enjoyed every moment and on our request also setup a Live BBQ and Bonfire for the family which was great food and a nice experience in the breezy weather. The team here was always available for all our needs and were just a call away.

The road leading to the top needs some repair as it is a bit steep. Need some improvement for the driver rooms so they can also relax after the long ride.
