Gali's End By Roomy, Kalabagh Nathiagali

The beautiful location of Kalabagh. The staff was very helpful; (Hammad & Basharat) took care of everything. The food was delicious. They have a standby generator, too!

The entrance of the property is too rough (safety), even for a 4x4. They have to work on it, and during rains, it might be a bit risky. They should build/repair the ramp/road by a good engineer and even provide steps on the corner of the ramp.

Inconsistent hot water and water flow. Automatic switching to generator not there when electricity goes. The guy had to go all the way down to switch it on to enable electricity supply. 2 washrooms in a 3 bedroom apartment which is not what I expected.

The location is absolutely stunning and the building and architecture is exquisite. Loved the view and it was very comfortable. The most important thing is that the staff is extremely friendly, cooperative and welcoming. Syed Hammad was there to coordinate with his staff to facilitate us. I would highly recommend this place for a getaway.

The only negative is the road to the parking of the property. It is very steep and not carpeted so the car slips on the sloop however the guard and the boys working at the hotel facilitated as much as they could.

Location, privacy, spacious living area extremely courteous and supportive staff especially Zaheer, Hamad, Yasaar, Wazid and Ozair,

Nothing, the bathrooms and kitchen section of the apartment could be improved with putting some utensils and cleaning material, nevertheless everything was provided upon request.
