Kutica

The experience was good, the surroundings are magnificent, without a doubt a haven in nature! The facilities and amenities were very well thought out and sufficient. We also ordered a breakfast, snack and dinner box and we really enjoyed it, very fresh and delicious products.

Some details didn't make us very comfortable... Let's start with our arrival. We'd come from Bratislava, suffered a few bumps along the way due to closed roads and ended up arriving at about 6pm, which was already evening... The coordinates sent to us in advance didn't take us directly to the accommodation, but to 3 houses above the Kutica property, a house that was a carpenter's shop as far as we could tell. ... because it was night and there was no light except from the carpentry shop, we didn't see the signpost to the lodge, but luckily there was still a worker in the carpentry shop who indicated that we should continue along the dirt track in front of us until we found a "Parking"... We carried on until we came to a point where we couldn't go any further, this was the car park, also with no apparent signs... We got out of the car and at the fence we could see a small sign indicating the accommodation and contact details, but the point was that we couldn't see the house anywhere, just a dark field and some lights quite far away... We decided to venture out into the dark countryside using only our mobile phone torches, but we reached a point where we couldn't see the car anymore and decided to get back in the car... After a few minutes of anxiety and attempts to contact the number of the person in charge of the accommodation, a spotlight came on next to the house and we could see the way to the house... They could have left the outside light on as a courtesy! On arriving at the house, we checked the safe that had been given to us but the combination given was the wrong one. Other aspects that in my opinion could be improved, apart from better lighting and communication, would be to leave more towels, especially bath towels, as there were only 2 face towels and 2 very small towels, which were the bath towels, but for a woman, if she wanted to dry her hair with the towel, it's not enough.

Beautiful location and view. Private and peaceful. Nicely appointed for two people. Happy we stayed here.
