"Disgusting sewage bad smell, not recommended to stay even for free"

The apartment located in 15th floor and only one elevator was working, we had to waste a lot of time just for waiting. So bad… The room condition is very bad, there is only hot water in the bathroom sink and shower, the kitchen sink drain line is broken fully and water was leaking all over the room. Broken toilet tissue holder. - TV remote was not working as the batteries never been changed Disgusting bad smell in the bathroom and the room Not recommended to stay in this apartment even for free…..

"have a good balance price and benefits"

Location was easy. when we found bulding we take key from cafe. Because of she is owner this cafe at the same time. it was clean and usefull a flat. flat has good wiews from balcony. Flat was 13 floor.

We couldnt find bulding because of our firs trip in Georgia and Makhinjauri. she can add picture of apartmen to find easy. Because of we are foreiner( like a advise).
