Astro turf wasn't for us, seems a shame to cover a nice tiled terrace.

I couldn't use the pool. The water was very cold.

Very well equipped house (especially loved the washing machine and the great drying area!) with a fabulous terrace - we ate a lot of our meals here, as well as lots of lovely time spent loafing in the sunshine. The outside furniture was great for this, and the terrace is sunny all day long. We loved that the supermarket was so close (and so well stocked!) and also The “Opera” Bistro, where we had a couple of great dinners. The beachfront area is also super. We walked both directions, to Arrecife and Matagorda. Highly recommended - easy, flat walk both ways.

It is a very comfortable property that contains everything you require for a hassle free stay. The patio area is great catching the sun all day and it is just a short walk to local amenities and the beach. Sandra (the owner) was very helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer any of our queries.

Nothing not to like, although one of the chairs with the patio table was broken and the TV bracket could do with tightening up. Minor things that didn’t affect our stay at all.

la verdad nos encantó, muy cómodo y tenía todo lo que necesitamos para nuestra estadía, la ubicación nos encantó porque somos mas de tranquilidad y es una zona bastante residencial, la casa era muy acogedora, el aire acondicionado un plus ya que había ola de calor, la cama super cómoda!

las cámaras, aunque estaban cerradas, de igual forma no me daban esas sensación de privacidad del todo.

The accommodation was in a great location. Short walk to the shopping centre and the beach. I loved that there were items such as beach umberellas, chairs and a shopping trolley that we were able to use which we found very handy. Also washing machine is always a bonus when staying for over a week. Bug repellent and lots of cleaning products was located under the cuboard meaning we didn't have to buy any which was nice. The sun stayed in the outside area for the majority of the day meaning you could sunbath from 9am through to 8pm if you wanted to before the sun set. The bed was extremely comfortable and bright. Lovely decor. Outside space was large and spacious. The host was brilliant for giving us recommendations and lots of information on lazarote could be found inside the apartment. Extremely private garden which was great.

We found that the accommodation wasn't properly cleaned. It didn't seem to have been swept, hoovered moped in some time as there was a lot of dust around the sofa and bed. Upon arrival, the outdoor hose pipe had been left on and was leaking so the whole outside patio area was flooded when we arrived but as it was late at night, it didn't affect us too much. The alarm system next to the sofa on the shelf seems to make some sort of constant crackling noise which made it difficult for either of us sleeping on the sofa bed. And we were unsure if you could turn it off or not. There was an odd aroma in the bathroom that could havd potentially been the drains. Didn't affect us but worth noting. The outside lamps on the table were a lovely touch but was disappointed to find out they hadn't been charged so didn't turn on. I managed to locate the charger for them but after charging for 15 minutes, still didn't switch on. There was no number 9 located outside the premises so we had difficulty finding the property when we arrived late in the night. It was only until we managed to get in that the door number was inside on the wall next to the sliding doors. Please note that all the somewhat negative observations did not ruin our experience and time at the accommodation. We had stayed last year in playa honda at apartments located across from the beach but preferred this accommodation even without a hot tub. These comments are merely our recommendations to the host on things that could be improved but overall we had a lovely stay.
