El alojamiento está muy bien decorado y la ubicación es excelente. Estuvimos muy cómodos.

Estaría genial que el agua de la piscina fuera menos fría y la WiFi no nos funcionó.

Superb apartment and very easy to find. 4’ walk to the nearest bus station. The apartment has all the amenities you could need. Very, very helpful when asked if we can drop our bags earlier than the check in. Highly recommended.

The location to airport (can walk). Shops, restaurants and beach. Excellent bus service. Use of a washer. Kitchen facilities. (Could do with electric kettle for us tea drinkers. The hob kettle takes ages to boil). Excellent communication from property managers. Some of the best I've ever had as a frequent traveller. Well done CIH.

-Lack of privacy. Neighbours across can see right in. No blinds at front and has a huge floor to ceiling window and the door is see through glass. Customers should have the opportunity to block sun and heat out by retractable blind or curtains. If people want it light or blackout they then have that choice themselves. -Very light. No good for us light sensitive sleepers. There is no door or curtain between the kitchen and bedroom. There are no blinds in the kitchen or on the door. People can see straight in and the sun comes in. This potentially makes it hot in the apartment too. -The AC is not sufficient to cool the apartment as its in the back of the apartment. As its open plan, it doesn't work efficiently as it has such a large area to try and cool. Also, there's no door between kitchen+bedroom so AC is working too hard to keep it cool in bedroom. -The plunge pool is REALLY cold. It gets the sun for about 2 hrs all day. Spoilt my break as was looking forward to using it. -Washing machine drawer and rubber seal in door was mouldy. I obviously cleaned it prior to use. -No oven gloves. No scissors to open food packages. The hot water tank is tiny! Maybe 5 mins of hot water for shower. Need bigger tank. I struggled as a solo guest. I was really looking forward to staying but left disappointed. Wouldn't stay again due to poor position of the AC unit, no blinds in kitchen/front of apartment and no door in between kitchen and bedroom section. I was conscious that people could see me coming out of the bathroom! The price is high for its current condition and faults. A lot of the reviews are complaints about same issues. I think the owner and management team need to take on board to what their customers suggest. Love Playa Honda but unfortunately won't be staying here again.
