Loft Contemporaneo a 50m de la Plaza Principal de Coyoacán

Location in Coyoacan. Safety - Two locked security gates to enter. Host was accommodating when we needed to leave.

The listing on booking.com fails to list or mention that the apartment is located on the third floor of a very old building. This is a very important omission that all travelers with mobility issues should be aware. The apartment was a challenge for us. Not only is the stairway dank and smelly, they are steep and slippery when wet (when it's raining). The shower/bathtub entrance/exit is also very challenging. We fell twice doing so. There are security doors on each floor (2 total) that require a key to pass. The key on the second level gets stuck in the lock and gave us a panic that we wouldn't be able to exit the apartment. Finally, we experienced the apartment to be not very clean. It is more rustic than the pictures indicate and not in a good way. We ended up leaving our week-long stay after two nights.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable, very convenient for looking around Coyoacán, eat around or buy groceries that you need. The loft is lovely and has a good space for four people.

It could be noisy at times due to its proximity to a bar with music at nights.

The bath tub was exactly what we needed and the location is excellent.

A photo of the actual door we needed to go into for the apartment would have been awesome. As the instructions lead us to the final door and the final door was someone else's. It is a small detail as our stay was amazing. Just a funny moment trying to get into someone else's door.

The area was amazing, close to all the activities that we wanted to do.

The only downfall was one bedroom, had an uncomfortable bed, it was too hard for our liking.
