1BR Beautiful Apartment in Condesa

Nos canceló la reserva 2h antes de llegar.

Tuvimos que ir a recoger las llaves a 10’ andando del alojamiento. Estábamos en la dirección del alojamiento y tuvimos que ir y volver andando 20’. Lo que se resultó bastante pesado con el equipaje.

Great location, big airy and comfortable apartment. The WiFi works great, the kitchen has all the amenities you need. Very charming; I would stay here again if I make it back to Condesa.

I loved the location. I loved the privacy. I liked the set up of the apartment space.

I struggled with communication with the host. I initially waited roughly two weeks for a response about check in time. Once at the apartment, I saw there were pools of water in the bathroom (prior to us even having used it). I tried to communicate with the host who said a plumber would come but he never followed up so we just had to always wear shoes in the bathroom because of the water puddles. He left no check out instructions for returning the keys and I tried to ask for them but he did not respond until an hour after we had already left the location (per his check out time listed).

The location is fantastic and the property is very comfortable, modern and clean. The bed is great and the shower has good water pressure. The WiFi is strong and reliable.

I recommend that the bedroom lightbulb is replaced with one that is brighter as the current bulb is too dim to be of any use, and that all bulbs in the property are checked as there were several that didn't work. A quick and easy fix though.
