Location, location, location. Great if you need to get to the airport. However, I strongly suggest the use of Filipe's transport service. Quick, cheap, convenient! The unit itself is comfortable and rather cozy. Nothing fancy but it works. No kitchen. Have set of eating utensils and a microwave. Offers water, chocolates and popcorn for a small cost. Was clean and had the best bathtowls we had all over our trip in Mexico. Filipe is a good host. He collects coins so if you give him a coin or two from your country he will be very happy.

The floors are a little rundown, but the funiture is new. No hot water in the basin in the bathroom. Shower did have hot water.

Big space, practical self checkin, good communication from the host, looks better then the photos. It's really 10 minutes to walk from the airport, just a bit hard to cross the street, you have to pass trough the Mariott.

The street to the airport don't nececerily feel safe at night, but a uber was just 35 pesos and they wait for fares in the streets outside so you get one in 2 minutes.

La ubicación

No tener cocina, para preparar de repente tus propios alimentos, cuenta con cubiertos, tazas, comedor, pero no con cocina, ni lavadero, para lavar los trastes, solo lavabo en el baño, pero no sé puede usar para lavar trastes por obvias razones.

The location was excellent. It felt safe in the neighbourhood to walk around. I had the most delicious steak tacos nearby

I did have to climb one set of stairs. It was not a problem for me, but someone with a sore hip might need help.

Maybe because it was Friday the noise level in the street was high! I was tired and I need to rest, but it was impossible to sleep !
