The property is within a safe & well-maintaned complex..

Climbing the 2 stack of stairs since the property is on the top floor & the building has no lifts & that the bathroom has only a bath-tub with no shower.

Penthouse was very neat and clean

There was small croaches around the sink and fridge. Not something anyone would want especially in the kitchen
