The scenery

Good day we just booked into your place today number 87 and unfortunately we ate and are now leaving as the place has a profound smell of mold and dampness. It is not suitable for an over night stay with children. We are very disappointed as we did not expect this. No one even came put to sort the signal for the TV as we had discussed. This is not the accommodation we paid for. We would like to request a refund as we traveled from quite to come here with our kids only to be unable stay due to the mold smell.

"DSTV spoiled the whole mood"

The rooms were very clean and the kitchen 👌

DSTV was not playing there were very important games I needed to watch. I reported the matter to the landlord she promised to sort out the issue ASAP but when I try to get hold her again I couldn't until it was late at nyt when I got hold of her and she promised to sort it out and she never did. I tried calling her again but ended in voice-mail until I left the premises the DSTV issue was never sorted.

The pool.area Staff and security very good

The apartment had a dam smell that wouldn't go away throughout the stay. Microwave badly rusted inside, so I couldn't use it. The washing machine didn't work.

Nice and relaxed atmosphere, with so much peace for a getaway. The property was clean and comfortable,with all necessities available . Check in was very easy as well as checkout. I liked the fact that the owner Kholeka contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed. The swimming pool was amazing, warm and clean. The whole area was just a breath of fresh air.

The toilet does not flush properly, you have to wait for water to fill up 3 times to ensure everything is flushed.

Well equipped and modern. Kids were glued to the Dstv. Glad you had mini braai in the cupboard, the communial braais weren’t good.

Previous guests have damaged some of your things, so sad to see people don’t look after a place as if it was their own. I noted fridge has damage, as well as someone broke your bottom mug and put it at the bottom of your mug holder.
