"Unimpressive"

Bed comfy, water hot, that's about it.

Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Old cobwebs with spider in all corners, which we cleaned!! Grubby decor.

Quiet neighbourhood, easy access, good parking, great shower, 4 minutes to shops, apples and yoghurt for breakfast

I did have a problem tuning the tv to Freeview channels as per instructions
