No hay ninguna persona que te entregue las llaves ni ayude a gestionar nada (recomendaciones de viaje, sitios turísticos, etc.), cosa que es obligatorio por ley y no se me entregó el parte de viajeros. Nadie confirma la recepción de las llaves a la hora de hacer el checkout.
