The location (if you have a car or a moto) is outstanding, beautiful, green garden, very close to the sea and kamriotisa but far enough, very quite and good parking

There are several apartments, the one we received had a long and narrow bathroom, low ceiling above the toilet, extremely small shower with short curtain so everything was flooded and one has to go over the shower basin to get to the toilet. Pity. The other apartment next to ours which we saw was pefect, and we would rate it almost 10

Highly recommendable! The location is undoubtfully the best in terms of the perfect match between accessibility and privacy. Clean and cozy rooms with outstanding services. My next stay will definitely be at Akrotiri Studios again. It was such a delightful experience.

The room seems large, but not 40m2 as in the description, more like 24m2. It was clean, although we found tiny ants around the fridge. The TV and Internet worked, nothing special. Our host didn't speak English at all, she used Google translate all the time. She warned us, that the hot water is only from the sun. Good to know, but the weather was cloudy and we had very little hot water.

There is only a tiny little table, which was enough only for my laptop and no space left. This room deserves a proper table, not this hilarious thing. There is enough room for a normal table. I expected the room to have a sea view, because it is in the description of exactly this room, but we had only a small window, too small, looking at the garden with a mountain view. In the description there is a terrace, in reality there is not. The description said the room is 40m2, but in reality is something like 6 by 4 meters => 24m2 I should say, that the pictures were correct, but the description is misleading, wrong, clearly not for this room. There was almost no hot water most of the time, because it was 90% cloudy during our stay there. And it was very windy everywhere, so windy, that we could not stay outside. Bad luck. After this we went to Therma, where the wind was not strong at all. So you should avoid this place in windy weather.
