Abbiamo trovato molta gentilezza, disponibilità, ma anche discrezione. Abbiamo apprezzato l'estrema comodità del parcheggio interno e delle modalità di accesso: potevamo andare e tornare senza problemi a qualunque ora, disponendo anche di un doppio mazzo di chiavi. Ubicazione in zona centrale di Novi Ligure, per cui anche a piedi si poteva raggiungere la via principale. Abbiamo potuto gestire il nostro cagnolino senza mai sentirci a disagio. Abbiamo respirato una piacevole atmosfera di casa. L'ultimo giorno, con estrema flessibilità, ci è stato proposto di andare via oltre l'orario previsto, in quanto il gestore ha colto in modo empatico una nostra esigenza. Posto nel quale tornare.
