AS SUITES ROOM 14

Very kind host who showed us the apartament and prepared welcome gifts. The bed was huge with very comfortable mattress. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, bus stops, restaurants, shops, old town.

The apartament wasn't sparkling clean and need some fixes and maintenance. The beach equipment such as umbrella would be nice addition. The breakfast could be better quality (tried a few options).

Everything was perfect! The host was very kind and pleasant, we received a package of water, watermelon and a bottle of wine as a welcome present! The room is big and clean, location is wonderful, caffe bar where we had our breakfast is across the way and the owner is very kind and attentive. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

A fully equipped modern apartment in the heart of Rhodes with everything you might need, including a coffee machine. Just a 2-minute walk to Koukos. It features a balcony with a sea view. The owner, Kleanthis, is a very nice gentleman. Not only he carried my luggage during check-in and check-out, but he also kindly drove me to the port on my last day. I was particularly impressed with the apartment's ceiling design. The air conditioning works perfectly. I stayed alone for three nights and slept very comfortably. Compared to the typically small rooms of traditional Rhodes hotels, you will find this apartment much more spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. I was greeted in a nearby cafe (which also had great ambience + served breakfast), assisted with luggage, handed over keys and showed around the apartment. The room was spacious and clean with entertaining decor. It had everything needed for my stay. Perfect location, speedy WIFI, near restaurants, beaches and old town. I would for sure would come back again, thank you!

For a couple of reasons I chose to stay in the modern part of Rhodes town, and AS Suits Room 14 turned out to be the perfect accommodation! The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He was waiting for me to arrive and showed me everything I needed to know about the facilities. He also arranged a taxi for me on departure day and was right there to take the key as I left. The room is large, with interesting decor and one wall mostly of glass so the lighting is great. There is a large balcony with a rack for drying clothes. Basics such as WiFi and hot water in good working order. Bathroom is quite large. Breakfast included in a cafe across the street. Although located in the modern town, it is centrally located and near pedestrian zones with many shops and a very active restaurant area. There is a large supermarket and bakery nearby. If you want to say in the modern town this is the place to be! And it’s a pretty easy walk to the old town from this location.

Nothing, it met all of my requirements. The building looks nondescript from the outside but that was not an issue for me. No sea view, but I was not expecting one.

Everything was perfect, clean, close to any beach in couple of minutes. Across the street was restaurant where we had breakfast, every time you can choose what whould you like to it from menu. Apartment is spacious, good internet speed. We have more clean towels in bathroom. Nearby apartment you have markets,bakery, farmacy, the location is perfect. Host is very polite and we will again come here when come to Rhodes.
