Utopia Luxury Suites - Old Town

The property was fantastic and very near the restaurants, bars and shops! We stayed in a junior suite with the private pool and it was fantastic with enough privacy and outdoor space

There wasn’t anything not to like and Effie and Giannis were the best hosts and we’ve already booked for next year!

The welcome was amazing! Effie & Giannis were wonderful friendly knowledgeable- such amazing hosts! The breakfast was also outstanding! We literally could not eat anything else until late evening!! The photos do not do it justice. We cannot rate this property any higher !! 100% We will return!!

Effi and Giannis are two of the kindest and most hospitable people we've ever met. Everything has been thought of. The rooms are great and the breakfasts are brilliant. The Old Town location is excellent and there is a nice square very close by for nightcaps! Highly recommended.

The property is located in the heart of the Old town, right next to very nice restaurants, bars, shops etc. The hosts Effi and Jannis were exceptional. As cars are not allowed in the Old town, they contacted us beforehand and arranged for an electric buggy to come and pick us up from one of the entry points (no extra charge!). They then met us on arrival, handed us our keys and showed us round the room and the property. The room was spacious and cosy. We had a private pool, with which they provided some floats for us to use, as well as a paddle and ball. They gave us a complimentary beer and wine when we arrived too! They gave us their number so we could message them for anything during our stay. Every morning they delivered breakfast to us at time we decided before 11am, which we could eat within our private pool area. It was really nice and included a nice combination of eggs, grilled chicken, donuts, cakes, fruits, yoghurt etc. When it was time for us to depart, they arranged another electric buggy to take us outside the Old town to meet our taxi (no extra charge)! Overall, amazing stay! Thank you Effi and Jannis. We will hopefully be back soon!

The only thing, which can't be helped due to the property's great location, is the fact that the property is located near some clubs/bars which do play loud music at night (seems to start sometime after 12.30am). Sometimes this was noticeable (particularly the bass), sometimes it wasn't. We were provided with complimentary ear plugs and eyeshades to help with this though. So if you're a light sleeper, I would highly recommend making use of these or trying to sleep before 12.30am.

Everyone there is a fantastic asset to the team, they made us feel really welcome. Accommodation was lovely and amazing to have a private pool!
