Utopia Luxury Suites - Old Town

The place was absolutely amazing! And the couple who owns it are so lovely and welcoming ! It felt like every tiny aspect was well thought And the outcome is a perfect place for a vacation The location is just at the center but still quit and secluded , and the breakfast was such a treat every morning :) We had such an amazing stay we will definitely come back and almost didn't recommend so no one else will steal the catch ;)

Amazing hotel experience. The rooms look even better than on the pictures. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the port transfers. Soundproofing was good. We did not hear any other guests during our stay. The location is quite simply superb. It's right in the middle of the old town, with several good restaurants and cafes within a minute walking distance. The jacuzzi was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Its served fresh in your room. Bonus points: the owners take good care of the kitties in the area

Amazing hosts, amazing location, and an absolutely amazing hotel. Sitting in the pool at 2 a.m. was unforgettable. The hosts were the best part—warm, friendly, and they even set up our room for our honeymoon. Couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll be back!

Effie and Giannis were the most hospitable hosts- very gracious and friendly-- thank you! This place is an oasis right in the middle of Old Town- so you have access to all the amenities but a peaceful retreat as well. The rooms are posh with a Moroccan flair and the breakfast is amazing. I would book here again the next time for sure.

We had an excellent stay here! ​The room with a private hot tub was the true highlight of our vacation—it was absolutely worth every extra euro added to the price. It made our trip feel luxurious and relaxing. ​The hotel's location is unbeatable: right in the heart of the medieval city, putting us within easy walking distance of everything. ​If you're traveling by car, parking is stress-free. We consistently found a free parking lot near Cyclopolis, which was only a five-minute walk back to the hotel. ​The hosts truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our room was spacious, offering various comfortable spots for sitting, eating, and relaxing. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. ​Breakfast, served conveniently in our room, was a tasty and generous spread that included a traditional mix of omelets, granola, cheese, yogurt, and a fresh fruit plate. It was sufficient and delicious. We also appreciated that the hosts were happy to accommodate requests for modifications, substitutions, or additional items. ​Bottom line: Highly recommended. We would absolutely try to stay here again on our next visit!

The place was lovely and the breakfasts superb - real top quality ! A lot of money has been spent on these apartments and they are outstanding and have a beautiful location in the old town. The hosts could not do more for you !

Very friendly hosts- the best we have had! The room was lovely and spacious and within its own court yard. We had our own private court with hottub which was just fab. Breakfast was very plentiful and fresh and modern and well equipped kitchenette also.

Wir wissen gar nicht, wo wir anfangen sollen – es war einfach wunderschön! Die Unterkunft mit dem Whirlpool ist ein echter Traum – so liebevoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Das Frühstück war einfach himmlisch – alles frisch, individuell und mit so viel Herz zubereitet. Reta bringt es genau zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt direkt aufs Zimmer – liebevoll angerichtet und immer mit einem Lächeln. Effie, Yiannis und auch Reta sind ganz besondere Menschen – warmherzig, aufmerksam und so ehrlich freundlich, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Sie sind uns in der kurzen Zeit sehr ans Herz gewachsen, und wir hatten das Gefühl, bei Freunden zu sein. 💛 Wir sind uns sicher: Das war nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt hier – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Alles war wunderbar - das Zimmer und die gesamte Ausstattung, das Frühstück individuell und liebevoll zubereitet. Effie und Giannis sind tolle und sympathische Gastgeber und haben sich von Anfang an herzlich und hervorragend um alles gekümmert.

We liked everything, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, super clean, very comfortable, ideal location in the heart of an old town. Amazing owners Effie and Giannis - super kind and helpful. We have been in Greece many times before and this one when it comes to accommodation was by ALL means The BEST !!! I recommend this accommodation to everyone who value mega cleanliness, mega comfort, delicious breakfast - Thank You very much Reta for amazing breakfast served outside our room every morning :-). When we come again to Rodos it will be our accommodation for sure.
