View was just like the pictures- but we had a sheet over our sofa which we dared not take off.

We didn't find out until after we had confirmed our booking and read the fine print that bath towels, dish towels, soap were not supplied. We got 1 roll of toilet paper - couldn't get more as the reception desk didn't open until the day we were leaving. I have traveled the world and never stayed in any kind of accommodation without towels!!! Good thing we only booked for 2 nights!!!! We also had to make sure all our dishes were clean and dry and we had to empty our garbage or would get charged 50 euro!

Perfect location

I love everything of this apartment: a cozy apartment with incredible views from all the rooms and the terrace, comfortable bed with clean bedding, clean kitchen with full equipment, great shower with hot water, heater was on when we arrived.

The view is the only good thing in this apartment. Rest is all crap!

The staff is extremely irresponsible. There was no cold water in the apartment, we tried to reach the number, they did not respond. After trying to call them, they blocked our number on WhatsApp, as they use WhatsApp to communicate. After trying to dial them directly, they switched off them number. We had travelled with 2 kids, it was very cold in the morning, with one kid having already cough and cold. We had to give them bath with freezing cold water. And nobody from the apartment side bothered to answer even after sending repeated message. The apartment was too cold, but there was only one small heater. Next night, one family arrived from UK, they were waiting outside the building, luckily I was passing by, they were not provided with any details on the locker and how to get the kids. Very irresponsible!
