"Razočarani nad kakovostjo stanovanja, sicer lep razgled in sama lokacija"

Lokacija

Kuhinja je bila umazana, ravno tako tudi miza na terasi. Stoli na terasi so bili polomljeni, manjkal je kak ležalnik. Tudi stoli v kuhinji so bili neudobni. Stanovanje je na sploh delovalo umazano in neurejeno, oprema je pomanjkljiva. Ko smo prišli v stanovanje, topla voda ni delovala, tako da smo bili 2 dni brez tuša. Edino korektno je bilo, da nam je dala lastnica/upraviteljica manjši popust, ki smo ga zahtevali. Naslednji dan popoldne so nam uredili toplo vodo. Na sploh je razmerje med ceno in kakovostjo bivanja negativno.

L’emplacement, la propreté et le calme. J’étais avec ma fille et c’était très bien L’accueil d’Anabella parfait ainsi que l’organisation pour le parking

Purtroppo l’umidità in questi tipi di case si fa sentire, la struttura fornisce un deumidificatore che consiglio di tenere accesso durante l’arco della giornata quando non si è in casa se non si vuole dormire con il rumore in sottofondo

"Worth the steps for your own private view"

Great “not so” little apartment with all you need for a stay in riomaggiore . Close to Main Street , harbour and station. Fantastic to have good outside space . I’m not gonna put this in negatives , as the property can’t help being at the top of a hundred + steps (or a much more gentle slope if u choose the longer way round ) . The town is on s hillside . Steps are pretty unavoidable. My wife was overjoyed at her daily step count

A little frayed around the edges . Apartment set over 3 levels . Glass steps needed care ( after local wine/beer)
