We enjoyed our stay. Cute apartment on the outskirts of town. Reasonably quiet. Easy to find with managing agent”s directions.

Needs better pillows. No outdoor area to sit. Neighbours could be quite loud and be prepared for 7am church bells. Shower was temperature temperamental!

The room was adorable, very well decorated and clean. It was quite spacious for two people.

There's a washing machine, but no dryer. It took us awhile to find the clothesline which was buried under leaves of a lemon tree in the garden. Managed to dry the clothes by hanging over chairs in the garden.

The shower was very variable - hot then cold then hot - couldn’t wash my hair. The shower tray also filled extremely quickly then flooded the whole bathroom.

Guests must use a nearby public parking garage, which costs €35 per day — something that was not mentioned in the listing or communicated later via messages. Parking spots are also limited, which can be an issue. The apartment itself is on the ground floor, surrounded by other buildings, with no windows — only two doors that open onto a narrow shared passageway used by neighbors to access their homes. While there is a small table and two chairs in the passage, the space is only about 2 meters wide and faces a high wall, making it unsuitable for relaxing or sitting outside. Inside, the apartment is cosy and basically equipped, with all the essentials provided. However, it is very humid, and unfortunately, poorly soundproofed. You can clearly hear water running through pipes and footsteps from the apartment above, which affects the overall comfort. Overall, while the location is a definite plus, the lack of ventilation, privacy, sound insulation, and clarity about parking is the major deal-breaker.

Appartment and locaton is just fine.

First of all, the Hotel "cheats" with parking information. They say they have parking (so, when you filter accommodation with parking), you find them. After that, they will send you an email just 2 days before your arrival to tell you that you can leave it in another city and then reach Riomaggiore by train. They propose some parking, but normally, when you arrive, they are full and it's complicated. You have to pay by cash in those parking lots, and they don't accept cards. If you are with a language, reaching the place to pick up the key is complicated due to stairs, and then when you need to go to your room, you realise that you need to undo all the stairs you have already done with your language. They offer you help with language, but they will not help you with the stars, and finally, you should pay for that "helping" service because it's an external service of the property. After some stress, they offer to pay and make it free of charge. There was only one glass for wine and when I asked for the second one because I need it, they brought it the following day when I did not need it. Bed was terrible. I don't travel on vacation to sleep worse that I normally do. I'm Italian and I have never felt my self that tourist and cheated in my country.

It was all very good

It had good space, it was very clean and comfortable

We didn’t like there was no where to relax outside. There was a sectioned off area with a metal table and chairs but it was small and not relaxing. It was noisy and half way up a very steep hill. It’s more a place to sleep rather than to stay. We would say 3 nights max. There was nowhere to sit and relax in the apartment other than a table and chairs.

It was so quaint and cosy. Really loved the decor and all the lovely, thoughtful homely touches that were there. My little boys just loved it!

The table out front but could improved , the windows were nice, the shower was excellent very dark room

No tea towels for dishes, since we’re were instructed to clean the kitchen we ended up using paper towels, bed was horrible, had to ask for fresh towels, no bar soap in shower, no place to put our suitcase but on the floor.
