The apartment was super clean, everything was brand new.

The building we've stayed in was far away from the beach, not 1 minute away as it's advertised, more like 10 minutes away

the shower water pressure was very low and you had to shower with very cold water or very hot water. the smell from the bathroom sewer was horrible. the kitchen didn’t have any salt, pepper, or oil

Check the location before taking the keys- you may not have the parking space available. The location is close to the beach, ~ 10 minutes walk. The apartment in pictures marketed on Booking looks bigger, but the apartment size is good for 2 families with one children in each family.

The conclusion here is that when you sell something, make sure it exists and if the customer has problems, try to solve them because the customer pays for the services you sell. Knowing that the weekend we are going to be at the sea side would be very crowded, parking is a must. The announcement say that parking is available, BUT IT IS NOT GUARANTIED. You have a key to unlock the parking place, but when we arrived, the parking blocker has been broken and somebody parked their car on two parking spaces, one of which was ours. Solution: when you rent something with a parking space, make sure it exists and can be used (this includes the broken parking spot blockers). We've called the seller and they told us to leave a note on the car that was using half of our parking space so that maybe that person would move it. I haven't payed the double amount of what the apartment would worth to act as a detective to free my parking space. Solution: The seller can check in their database and see who took the apartment that has the parking space that is next to mine and call that person to ask them to move the car on their space.
