Good location, near to a big shopping centre/supermarket & beach.

The accommodation was basic, all white with no soft furnishings. A bottle of water was left in the fridge, but nothing else, e.g. salt, pepper, cooking oil. Would be helpful to have some basics which other places usually provide.

This apartment has the most fabulous view of the sea and is perfectly situated for those who want to use the sunbeds on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine. The host is very helpful, the bed is comfortable, excellent shower, washing machine and dishwasher.

Incredible sea view. Beautiful sunny terrace. Very good food store at shopping mall nearby. There also good bakery, where you can buy newly baked bread and pastries. Short distance to restaurants by the sea. Also nice distance (about 4km) for a hike to Arrecife.

Location and complex extremely quite which I like . Extremely clean , and attention to that outside very evident , change of sheets midway fantastic

No oven .. this will be the main reason I would not rebook , please if not an oven invest in an air fryer , air conditioning filter check ? I’d like to know the last time this was performed and I’d like the see that report and the schedule of testing to be performed , also i was asked to submit all passenger details prior to arrival ( 3 of us ) but on arrival no bedding for the third person , so arrival after 10 , had to wait for the extra bedding , and although I complimented the change of sheets mid way staff seemed unfamiliar there was 3 in the apartment and again had to wait for extra sheets , hot water tank very small , we struggled with this , after half way through shower 2 water was cold , tank way too small to cope with more than 2 guests and that’s ok just mention it please

Inclusion of a washing machine, iron and ironing board at the property was very useful Also provision of washing powder and dishwasher tablets was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Good standard of facilities.

Shame the swimming pool was out of use for maintenance during our stay. Would have liked an oven.

Very spacious & sufficient kitchen utensils. Private balcony with the sun beds was very nice.

Shower head could do with being replaced, skirting boards were very dusty & the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Wonderful view of the sea. In quiet local suburb. Great local restaurants. Close to shops. Flat came all the stuff we required including dishwasher tablets. They came to change the sheets midway through our 8 night stay.

Could have done with a couple more pillows.

The views from our apartment were amazing and tranquil very private clean and safe

When we arrived at apartment the property had a very bad odour. The smell of smoke hit uou as the door was opened . This was a previous guest who decided to ignore olivers rules. Of no smoking inside the property. This caused upset and discomfort. On a positive note once we reported to priscila and oliver they did everything in their power to rectify it. So resolved after a few days . Communication was excellent at all times .We wouldn't hesitate to return .
