Beautiful loft-Località Le Grazie- Comune Portovenere

Struttura funzionale, carina, spaziosa. Il proprietario era stato gentile e disponibile. C'era veramente tutto per un soggiorno confortevole. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la lavasciugatrice con detersivo in dotazione visto il brutto tempo e il set di caffè/ thè a disposizione. C'erano le dotazioni in regola per la sicurezza.

Alcune superfici erano state dimenticate nella pulizia, probabilmente perché abbiamo richiesto di consegnarci l' appartamento molto prima dell' orario di check-in. L' importante è che le stoviglie, le lenzuola, gli asciugamani, lo scopino del wc erano puliti.

Alloggio piccolo ma ben attrezzato, autonomo e ben raggiungibile. Il proprietario, Pietro è stato di una gentilezza squisita nell'accoglierci e darci consigli per il soggiorno

Bellissima casa, per 2 persone è il top... Posizione strategica su una piacevole baia, a due passi da Portovenere e a 20 minuti da La Spezia... Il proprietario è super disponibile, simpatico e gentilissimo... Lo consiglio!

Spory problem z parkowaniem, nawet płatnych miejsc jak na lekarstwo, Ale we wszystkich okolicznych miejscowościach jest tak samo.

We had a lovely stay in this charming apartment, set in a small 300-year-old townhouse in a picturesque seaside town in Italy. The place has a warm, authentic feel — like stepping into the past, but with all the comfort you need. The cozy atmosphere of the old house was truly special, and the bathroom was modern and beautifully done. The location couldn’t be better — right in the town center and just a short walk to the public beach. Everything was within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy the area. We really appreciated the little extras like the two coffee machines and the washing machine. The only thing we missed was a dryer, but it wasn’t a big issue. A welcoming, character-filled place that made our stay memorable. We’d love to come back someday

If we’re being honest, there were just a couple of small things that could have made the stay even better. As with many older homes, there was a faint musty scent typical of historic buildings — nothing unpleasant, just a little reminder that this house has seen more sunsets than we ever will. 😉 One thing we did miss was a balcony. Being so close to the sea, it would’ve been lovely to sit outside and enjoy the salty air without leaving the apartment. And while having a washing machine was great, we found ourselves missing a dryer — unless hanging socks around the room counts as interior decor! Still, none of these were deal-breakers — just tiny things we noticed during an otherwise memorable stay.
