Great location, well supplied with everything we needed for self catering, the bed linen was just beautiful. Host was really responsive to any queries we had.

this stay at parade holiday flats is our third. as always home comforts, lots of room and comfortable beds. also milk and teabags and coffee for the cuppa we were well ready for after travelling.

Upon arrival the property was very clean and cosy, it had everything you could ever need. Sue and John was also lovely and kept in contact during our stay, will definitely be returning!

I liked everything especially the Yorkshire tea bags lol!

Lovely apartment, friendly, helpful hosts. The flat is clean, comfortable, well equipped, and good location. We recommend Parade Holiday Flats if you're visiting Scarborough and would definitely book again. Thanks, Sue and John, for a great weekend break.

Location- walking distance to town, sea front, restaurants and cafes, sainsburys 5 mins walk away, easy check in/out, good communication from hosts, lovely quiet street, apartment well equipped, chargeable communal washing machine if needed, easy parking opposite the apartment with permit provided (this was in Feb, peak times may be trickier)

If I was staying a week or so with all my family, I think I would have liked a dishwasher and washing machine in the flat, but staying only a couple of nights, this was not an issue at all.

Very near to the station and town but quiet nonetheless. Clean and well equipped.
