The location is perfect right next to the beach shops restaurant's co op around the corner free parking all good thanks

Everything about this Flat was excellent. The location was brilliant and exactly as described. There was designated parking in a secure area, so no worries there. The host left a welcoming Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits to start us off. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and tidy. The lounge/diner was well set out, plenty of room for us and our belongings. The bedrooms were also of a good size with ample storage. The host was available to answer a couple of queries. We know our way around the area from previous visits and this flat was in the perfect situation for our needs.

Lovely clean & cosy apartment. Everything looked new. Location is fantastic with access to the beach & the main street of Perranporth just a few minutes walk away. Parking permit for the car park is a bonus.

Atlantic bay apartment complex isn't the prettiest to look at from outside.

The property was exactly what you need!

Nothing to be honest, was exactly what we needed!

The location was fabulous and accommodation clean and well equipped plus included milk and biscuits on arrival.

We found the bedrooms very cramped, thankfully all four of our party are slim but one of us is tall, which did cause a problem. My husband and I booked for ourselves initially then said to my daughter and partner “why don’t you come along too?” Not realising one of the single beds in the children’s room wasn’t a full length bed! Thankfully we just laughed and got on with the weekend; easier for us as we were paying and so my husband and I clung to the double bedroom! But please be warned. Please also note no wardrobe anywhere or hooks in the bathroom to hang things on other than a small towel rail and a rather old rack, which would be better removed.

It was nicely decorated with lots of beach/surfing pics etc . The bed was compfy and everything clean and tidy. You can walk out the car park straight onto the best beach you’ll ever see

The location was lovely, and the apartment was very cosy. Lots of shops dotted around.

The cleanliness was poor. We found lots of clumps of hair dotted around, a scrunchie from a previous renter, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was full of dust and dirt. There was 2 toilet rolls and that was it, and we weren't told to provide our own. There was barely enough washing up liquid to clean dishes, as asked to by the host. The water pressure in the shower was also very poor. The WiFi rarely worked. The latches on the windows were very unstable and I was worried they would break from use. There was also no hand soap which we were not warned about as well. The coded gate to the beach was broken during part of our stay as well.

one of the single bed was very uncomfortable. The doors were very creaky and the TV kept switching on on its own. the cleaning was not great in the bathroom.
