Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unausgewogen. Eine Monatsmiete (420€) für 3 Nächte über Silvester bezahlt für weiche Matratzen, schlechtes W-LAN, lauten Kühlschrank und sehr hellhöriges Zimmer. Für den Preis wird ein Luxusapartment erwartet. Die Duschkabine ist billig und verkeimt, abgenutzte Tapete, weiß angestrichene Balken, Boden hat ein massives Gefälle, Küche verfügt über keine Gewürze, schlecht verspachtelte Bohrlöcher. Verstaubte Flächen. Krankenhausbettwäsche. Zuzüglich sollten Parkplatzgebühren hinzukommen. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter. Trockenbauwände ohne Dämmung. Gespräche von den Nachbarn konnten mitgehört werden. Jeden Schritt und Tritt hat man vernommen.

Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist wunderbar. Im Objekt ist es sauber, liebevoll ausgestaltet und sehr ruhig. Jederzeit würde ich die Unterkunft buchen.

Sehr gute Lage, zum Schloss keine 5 Minuten, in die Innenstadt 10. Alles liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Sämtliche Verbrauchsmaterialien vorhanden ( vom Geschirrtuch bis zum Kaffeefilter ). Wir haben richtig gut geschlafen Eine Wohnung mit Charme zum wohlfühlen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

"Gute Wohnung für ein schönes Wochenende"

Gute Lage, Alles notwendige für ein paar Tage in Quedlinburg vorhanden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus

Matratzen (für mich zu hart) . hoher Preis. Zufahrt sehr dunkel. Keine Mülltrennung. Keine Hinweise des Gastgebers in der Wohnung gefunden.

"Es hat einfach alles gepasst - Lage, Ausstattung, Preis und Wetter"

Obwohl an einer Hauptstraße gelegen war die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Weg in die historische Altstadt war sehr kurz und der Blick auf den Dom einfach traumhaft. Es gab Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bitte ersetzt die Kaffeemaschine durch ein etwas hochwertigeres Gerät.
