Schone Bilder aber nicht entsprechende! Küche fehlende Zeile Erdgeschoss absolut katastrophal kein Balkon werde ich nicht weiter empfehlen. VG

Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Nur wenige Meter und Minuten zur Innenstadt. Auch um die Ecke zum Lidl 1,5 km in Ordnung, kann man wenn man will hinlaufen.

Der Einstieg zur Dusche, 32 cm Höhe, könnte für den ein(e) oder andere(n) gefährlich werden. Bein-, Gleichgewichtsprobleme etc. Es fehlt eine Stange zum festhalten. Zur Sauberkeit, Kaffeemaschine war nicht gründlich sauber, Ecken (Fenstern, Dusche) könnten sauberer sein.
