Very close to Elli Beach and shopping areas, 15 minutes to the old town center.

The house was generally clean, but upon entering we noticed a strong urine smell, which unfortunately remained throughout our stay despite our efforts to clean. The washing machine and dishwasher were locked, and although the host, Marco, kindly offered to operate them himself if needed, this was not a very practical solution for us. We were also asked to pay a total of €100 – €75 of which, according to Marco, was a mandatory municipal tax, and €25 was charged as an additional fee. Since this information had not been provided at the time of booking, it came as an unexpected surprise. There were several locked areas in the house, and a number of notices inside warning about potential penalties (such as fines for leaving the air conditioning on or unplugging devices). While we understand the need for house rules, these notices felt somewhat uncomfortable from a guest’s perspective. On the day of departure, Marco entered the house before we had finished preparing and began checking the rooms. While it is of course normal for a host to inspect the property, waiting until we were fully ready would have felt more respectful of our privacy. The house has three bedrooms, but the middle room becomes quite hot. Although there are two air conditioners, they were not sufficient to cool this room effectively. In summary, while the property has some positive aspects, our overall experience was disappointing, and we would unfortunately not choose to stay here again.

The location to everything within walking distance very spacious

Konumu çok iyi, şehir merkezinin içinde bir ara sokakta ama gürültü yok. Sahile ve restoranlara çok yakın. Kaleye 10 dakika yürüme mesafesi. Temiz ve otantik bir ev. Ev sahibi Marco inanılmaz yardımcı oldu her şey için. Araba kiralamaya, restoranlara hepsine yönlendirdi. Tatilinizin güzel ve kolay olması için her şeyi yapıyor. Yine Rodos’a gelecek olsam kesinlikle tercih ederim.

De locatie was geweldig je zat overal in de buurt! De host was super attent en hier had ik via whatsapp dagelijks contact mee. Het appartement was super mooi en was geweldig voor de prijs die we betaalden.

The property was very clean and well presented. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace!

The location couldn't be better. The host Marco was more than friendly and helpfull. We could reach him 24/7 for everything. Tips for restaurants, arranging taxis and so on. He even did some laundry for us and did the dishes! Perfect stay , close to restaurants and close to the beaches . Recommended! Thank you for the excellent service Marco

We were sometimes bothered by noises from the street at night. (It is a historic building, so that is explainable) To be honest, we are light sleepers, our son had no problems at all. This was the only downside we can think of, but we would book again immediately!

Nice location

One of the bedrooms was not available for us, a bit dissapointing as we booked the apartment to have three bedrooms.

The property is spacious , rustic, very clean. Marco our host was delightful he could not have looked after us better. Best location ever. 4 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to restaurants , bars, but quiet as down a pretty side street. LOVED IT

The property's location was amazing

We were welcomed by Marco beautifully, he came to give us the keys to the property once we arrived and felt very comfortable. Unfortunatelly, Marco was checking up on us constantly (he was staying right next door), telling us to close the airconditioning and clean up the whole time or else. One morning he shouted at us for leaving a bag of puke (yes,sometimes people get sick) on OUR TERRACE that we hadn't had the time to throw away yet. We decided to leave the property 3 days early and go to a hotel as we didn't feel comfortable anymore. Dear Marco, you have a really lovely property, it is a shame you cannot trust your tenants and leave them alone during their stay.
