Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscina is closed from Mon 04 Sept 2023 until Fri 14 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Key collection schedule: From JUNE to SEPTEMBER - Monday to Sunday: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. From OCTOBER to MAY - Monday to Friday: from 16:00 to 19:00 - SATURDAYS: from 11:00 to 13:00 - CLOSED SUNDAYS Check-in prior to the scheduled time is always SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY and subject to prior consultation with reception. Late Check-in: it will be done through a mailbox with code. Notify reception in advance.
