Wi-Fi coverage is not the best. Be careful with high slopes from the terrace

Wonderful - location is perfect, on a small quiet little complex half way between La Cinta beach and all the shops and restaurants of san teodoro with a small supermarket also a couple of minutes walk away. The villa is basic but very clean with adequate kitchenware, storage, cooker fridge etc. The patio garden with BBQ is an excellent bonus. The property manager was wonderful- very quick and helpful response to any questions we had both before and during our stay.

The only addition i could think of would be a washing machine - however there is a drying line and garden to hang hand washing if really needed so to us it wasn't an issue.

Excellent location, very short walk to everything. Very clean & good amenities. Villa had Air conditioning.

Comfortable beds, lovely and well kept surroundings. Very clean, plenty of towels. Great location. Small but pleasant shared space. Quiet at night despite it being during Sun & Bass Festival. Good communication with host. Had its own BBQ. No kettle on arrival but one provided next day when requested

Clear guidelines for bins and suitable bin bags to be provided as this caused some confusion. The kitchen area is small and no worktop for food prep available so needed to use dining table. There were no metal racks in oven so unable to use fully.
