Luxury Beach Apartments II

10 minutes walk to Deiland Mall, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Why would I have any complaints? Full equipments in Kitchen.

It was easy to get to the apartment and instructions were clear. Kitchen equipment is fairly good. The location is good and Playa Honda is a nice place and can offer cool restaurants and bars.

The look of the apartment is by far worse than on the pictures. For sure it is not as big as suggested in the offer (90sq meters). They had a lot of similar apartments on this street and we had an unpleasant stay in the apartment number 26B. The place definitely needs a refurbishment. Starting with the Bathroom where: there is a mold in the bathroom, the paint on the ceiling is falling down and the shower head is falling out constantly. On top, there is such low pressure of water that you can nearly take any shower. The bed in the main bedroom is a joke. I do not wish anyone to sleep on such an uncomfortable bed. I have removed the bed frame and put just the mattress on the floor so we can sleep somehow. After struggling on the first night I made contact with the person of contact from this apartment to do something with it. After 9 hours(!) I got a reply that maybe there would be some other apartment ready the next day. Eventually, they did offer us to move to another one however we had just 2 nights left and decided to stay as we had no trust that the other bed would be any better.

Good location and easy parking

Property is worn and very basic. When we arrived the shower was faulty and we contacted the host who had it fixed quickly, however the main issue was the double bed which had a broken frame. It creaked constantly and was very uncomfortable to sleep in. The photos are when the property was new and some are not even of this apartment. Chipped plates, very basic cutlery and cooking utensils. Power socket taped to the wall, light fitting hanging down, paint peeling off the bathroom roof. Also the people living upstairs were very noisy as there is no sound insulation. Not a pleasant place to stay at all. We ended up leaving early and booked in to the Gran Hotel in Arrecife it was so bad.

Great location, 30 seconds walk to beach front. Very clean and well equipped.

Shower attachment broken, had to hold shower in one hand every time which is very annoying. Very poor water pressure. Not quite as modern and bright as the pictures on booking.com suggest, general decor needs a bit of spruce up.

Fab apartment close to the beach, and within short distance of bars, restaurants and shops. Apartment clean and was great, WiFi and tvs in bedrooms and lounge. Comfortable beds, and fully fitted out so we could cook after long days exploring the island

The only downside is the noise from the upstairs apartment, it was so loud and disturbed our sleep.

Nice and big apartment all the essentials for a self catering break. Free WiFi, Free condiments, toiletries, washing essentials if needed. Great communication from owner

Couldn't open bathroom window it's been locked for so long. Front gate had to be pulled out in order to push it in to open it. Front door lock- key (only one) had to be wiggled before it would move to open or lock the door. Was a bit afraid of being locked in.
