Mucha falta de limpieza de la vivienda y estado deficiente en el mantenimiento.

La ubicació prop del mar, fàcil accés a les principals visites i la tranquilitat.

Manca manteniment, coses espatllades que no han arreglat, wifi no ha funcionat fins últim dia. Formigues a la cuina, escarbats al lavabo.

Ausstattung des Apartments an sich. Nähe zur Strandpromenade.Playa Honda ist sehr komfortabel.

Schwimmbadbereich in die Jahre gekommen,lieblose sehr Laute (Autobahn) Anlage.Anlage war unfertig (Gehwege).

Great location and base for exploring

Big terrasse

Poor maintenance in the whole complex, accesses are very limiting and not adapted, toilets working poorly, kitchen tools very limited and not working sometimes, times to checkin and out very narrow, leakage in the main room due to humidity…. Would not recommend it

Spacious private terrace, with the sun all day and evening. Good WiFi, large TV, nice selection of books and well equipped kitchen (including two posh coffee machines 😊). Diego was very helpful with all information throughout. It was no problem for our late arrival. We loved the pool, it was also clean and quiet. There’s a large shopping mall 10 minutes walk away, and some nice restaurants nearby. We cycled into Matagorda some evenings for dinner. Also a lovely cycle to Arrecife along the coastline. Two bathrooms (one has a very nice shower) and two bedrooms, one with two single beds. All beds comfy. Worth every penny for the comfort and privacy.

Lovely spacious Bungalow right beside the sea. It is very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Huge terrace which gets all day sunshine and there's a canopy when you need a bit of shade. I loved the location and the area of Playa Honda..5 mins walk to shopping centre, where you can buy everything you need.

Small things, like a spare set of sheets would be a benefit.. There were maintenance issues which I have addressed with the owner. But these had little effect on us.

Great place with great location but let down by a few very annoying things. The kettle and toaster looked like they were bought in a pound shop. Very poor quality and kinda dangerous. Most doors in the house would not close properly, so there was a complete lack of privacy. You would need a degree in engineering to unlock the front door. Nice place & pro-active owner but I don't think I will be staying here again.
