Quiteness and view was great.

Please make sure you tell your customers that the tv and aircon is not working...also that there is no stove facilities.....cleaner had to borrow a stove top with oven to learn us. Also the railing on balcony need attention and bathroom tap needs to be sorted adjusting the shower.

The location was great.

This was a privately owned unit inside the Edwardian Hotel which my family and I visited last Christmas. It was a great experience before when booking through the hotel. However, this time we booked through a private host (unknowingly) and it wasn't as smooth as booking through the hotel. We struggled to get the keys and eventually managed to pick them up from security through arrangement. The facility had no soap and only half a toilet roll which again we assumed would be the same as when we had booked for Christmas through the hotel.

No breakfast. Location was great

1. Maintenance not executed well - paint patches do not match, and the patio door not locking properly and without a key 2. Cleanliness not great - soap pieces and residue on bathroom windowsill. 3. Lack of eating utensils

Good location, value for money

Patio light not working, Tv not working, no towels

I didn't eat at the accommodation. The venue was neat and tidy
