The lady who cleans the unit was the only ray of sunshine! DSTV subscription wasn't paid so we couldn't watch TV. The air-con wasn't working. The fan wasn't working until my partner fixed it. The kitchen cupboards are held together with duct tape

The location

The room was not clean, check in time was 14:00 but on our arrival they told us to wait for 30min cz they were busy cleaning

Unit is a bit dated and could do with some basic maintenance especially the cupboards in the kitchen. Pillows need to be changed. Linen was clean but pillows were musty/smelt mouldy. Light on balcony not working and balcony rail was loose. Aicon in unit was not working and had no remote. Unit could do with some TLC.

Very clean and neat Friendly and helpful staff

The bathroom cupboards needs a bit of renovation musty smell going into the bedroom.
