This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The bathroom was outdated, damp, and gave the impression of being unclean, possibly due to its age. The noise levels were unbearable (even with earplugs). My room was on the first floor, with a window facing the street. Trucks were frequently stationed right outside, and motorcycles gathered at the front, making it impossible to get any rest. The noise persisted at all hours, and I had to keep my curtains closed because the window directly faced the street, leaving me exposed to anyone passing by. I stayed during the Day of the Dead celebrations, and despite the festive season, the accommodation was extremely overpriced for the quality provided. I wish I had been better informed about what I was getting into before booking.

Location is convenient. The owner is helpful and nice.

Me and my friend had 2 separate rooms on the same floor and we both had no hot water. The owner kindly fixed it in one room but on the room the water became boiling. We spent 4 nights and both rooms were never cleaned, I had to ask for towels which were humid. The building is old and with a good renovation, especially the bathrooms, it has great potential for his location. WiFi is also weak. Rooms are cold.

Shower was broken, had to use the small sink to was myself, the room does not look anything like on the pictures. Everything is dirty and smelly, sheets were not changed for sure. Bathroom was filthy as well. Biggest disappointment ever! The host was not responsive at all, had to call her on the phone several times before the checkin to provide me with the keys. Huuge NO!

Could do better in insulating the rooms from the hotel context.

Location, convenience.

A bit noisy if you happen to have a Window facing the street. And being a boutique type, some renovations to gaps and insulation could improve dramatically the rooms.
