"Very small room with no window, no receptionist and no contact. Great location."

The location is superb.

There was no response to messages sent via Booking.com. I did receive a message on how to pick up the keys when it was obvious that we would not arrive at the time that I had specified. There is never anyone at reception and we didn't meet anyone at all throughout our stay. Doesn't seem to be any way to contact/call a receptionist. We had Room 1. It was very small and had no windows.

La ubicación es muy buena, la casa muy tranquila, la señora que lo recibe a uno es muy amable, pedí favor de recomendar mis maletas y amablemente accedieron. Esta ubicado en zona rosa un lugar con mucha vida nocturna.

El servicio sanitario expulsaba muy mal olor, habían hormigas en mi cama.

"La mejor Ubicación y habitación cómoda"

La súper ubicación estabas a 2min caminando de la estación del metro y a uno 10 minutos del ángel y cerca de muchas discotecas y restaurantes y no se escuchaba nada de la calle para evitar dormir tranquilo y lo importante área segura, casas de cambio de todo tiene cerca.

Todo fue de nuestro agrada cero cosas que no nos gustó.

La responsable es muy amable, tuve algunas actividades y por error olvidé dejar las llaves a mi esposo y ella nos apoyó en todo momento. Las instalaciones muy bien, la zona es maravillosa, cerquita del metro y metrobús.

La puertita del baño no cerraba bien.
