- sehr ruhige Lage - vollständig ausgestattete Küche - sehr sauber - Balkon

- Bett hat geknarzt (beim Umdrehen) - steile Treppe nach oben (aber nur eine Etage) - Badezimmer eng (aber trotzdem funktional und ok) - ohne Auto wäre es schwierig
