The Captains Quarters

The location is perfect, with fantastic sea view near the pier and harbour. Very spacious and clean. It is quiet despite being just above the buzz going on below on the South beach promenade. It had everything we needed and good communication from the host regarding details for keys, directions and parking information.

The location of the apartment is great with the lounge overlooking the south beach with a view of the lighthouse and also central for the town. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Andy was helpful and responded quickly when i had a query.

Lovely apartment, well furnished and comfortable. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Not enough toilet roll but that's being very picky.

We brought our own breakfast. Location was good.

The living room roof leaks. My son was sleeping on sofa bed he work up crying at around 04:00am all wet . He had pneumonia. If we were told before that the roof leaks we wouldn't have booked the apartment. I think we deserve some money back.

Stunning view from living room. Clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Well equipped with appliances and kitchen ware etc. Provided Towels and bedding. Very good wifi connection. Good location close to all amenities.

Couldn’t open bedroom windows and couldn’t see a fan (apologies if there was one) Surprised There was only half a toilet roll left for 4 of us I understand though as we were only stopping one night. No milk or tea coffee sugar which was a shame after travelling a while ( I’ve been catered for well in other properties for the same price and cheaper with tea and milk and condiments etc to start you off).
