Flat 12 Sebastian Court - 2 beds with a four poster

Apartment was clean and well equipped, ideally located in a quiet location.

Nothing to dislike. Instructions for collecting and dropping off keys was clear and easy. Although only two of us staying at the apartment it was spacious enough for more people.

Location. Ease of parking. Nice cosy flat.

Some local information would be useful. Also wi gi instructions. Perhaps a bottle of milk too. !

neighbours !! make a noise above 1 decibel and someone leaves a note taped to your door saying “keep the noise down”???? I’m baffled by that we where out all day everyday not getting in while 9ish at night then watching a bit of tv. sad gits!!

Excellent location and lovely and spacious. We were really impressed and would definitely stay again. The apartment was really clean and had everything you need. Check in was simple as you collect your keys from a key safe on the next street.

After checking in, after a red hot day on the beach etc we came back to get showered but there was no hot water. The water heater is set on a timer during the night this meant having to wash with cold water that evening which wasn't ideal, especially for the kids, we did call the owner about this how explained we could use the boost button to heat the water but as we had a meal booked we didnt have enough time to do that. Other than this we couldn't fault the place.

Had everything you needed, lift was a good bonus, great location.

Lovely homely apartment would certainly recommend my 3 year old grandson said he loved his holiday home

Great location on the South Cliff, handy for access to the town centre and the South Bay beach adjacent to the Spa (which will be even better when the cliff railway re-opens). The flat is comfortable and has everything that you could want for a short stay in Yorkshire's premier resort
