Central location, spacious apartment.

The accommodation was perfect! It was super easy to check in, and our host was lovely when we contacted her with a question. Beyond that, the location was incredible (just a few minutes away from the heart of the town), the apartment was immaculately clean, and we were given safe, secure parking. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Quedlinburg is a nice little town

There were too many unexpected things to pay for: On the confirmation from booking.com it was written that parking place was inclusive. It was not. We had booked an apartement for two adults and a child. This was confirmed on the reciept that we had received from the booking.com app. But on arrival we had to pay several Euros in cash as the host had only received confirmation for two adults. It is really bad IT system from the part of Booking.com and a bad service from the part of the host not to accept the receipt that we could show. The staff showed up with an extra sheet was very unfriendly. There were extra lokal taxes to pay in cash that were not marked on the order confirmation In all it is not ok that there are so many extra things to pay for that are not mentioned.The apartment is ok but the host is not reliable.

The room was really lovely and well appointed and the location is incredibly central and well-connected.

The room was very bright at night due to a street lamp that sits right outside of the window. It may be wise to have darker curtains because it felt like daylight all night.

Modern apartment located in the very center of UNESCO town. You stepped out of the door and within a minute you could reach the main square. We could explore Altstadt, Schlossburg and Münzenberg by walking, I even went multiple times at different time of the day, because it was so easy. And, there is a possibility to rent a garage right next to your apartment, so you do not need to care about finding a spot somewhere (most likely on paid parking anyway and even further). Apartment was modern, very well equipped, the garden at the courtyard is lovely and offers you a calm moment when you are overwhelmed by all the beauty of the town. Theresa responded usually within minutes and solved every issue we faced promptly.

I had a quick response when I asked if I could check-in 15 minutes early. The position of the apartment is central but quite quiet.

The place had not been cleaned properly. There was a lump of blond hair (I am not blond) on the shower shelf. There is a problem with ants: ok during the day, but swarming heavily in evening (flying). There were cobwebs with spiders. Less important, but still disappointing, no basics were provided (eg coffee, milk). I arrived on a Sunday. There was nothing open to buy even basic food in the town. Finally, I was uncomfortable on the ground floor because there was no privacy/security. Even on a hot day and night, I felt I needed to keep the windows shut and the blinds closed.

The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and really comfortable. The location was perfect in the old town but also tranquil with a shared courtyard at the back. The host, Theresa, was very accommodating and was easy to deal with. The apartment has everything you need and it is lovely and clean. I really can’t thank Theresa enough for everything she did while we had an unexpected personal issue happen at home.

Location. Good contact with the host. Garage. The functional interior. This could be the best accommodation that lets you experience the atmosphere of the old town. The rooms were really very comfortable.

We happen to see under the bed, and it seems that the floor under the bed has not been vacuumed for some time, as dusts were thick and the previous guest's earplug was left lying.😅
