"I’ve never expected to get such a warm welcome in Schweinfurt"

I was traveling for work and it was almost night when I reached the property. The manager on the phone was very helpful in finding the entrance and the key (this is the apartment with two bedrooms). What I got was big, clean, renoviert rooms with everything a person after a long trip needs to feel at home. There were water, coffee and towels like in the hotel. During my long trip this was the best place I’ve stayed.

Since it was a business trip, I was kinda busy and didn’t had a chance to reach my computer until the weekend. However, the manager was keep asking me about positive feedback of my stay during the week which was quite annoying. Also I was surprised that this is the apartment like in Airbnb, because in the description it says “apart hotel”. I was expecting to see a reception or something, instead it was tricky find the entrance and the key. A small E-Mail with the description how to get inside would have solve this issue.
