Position in town, quiet and private. Staff very friendly. Clean bathroom.

Unloved, poorly catered for, ie, no milk, not enough glasses, poor bathroom supplies, dirty, old and rusty cooker, broken window furniture, pictures coming out of frames, no mirror on walls in bedrooms. Kitchen bar dining chairs broken and dangerous. A curtain touching the wood burner is a fire hazard.

Extremely spacious, interesting decor, and a great location.

Location in centre of Shaftsbury was great. Attractive outdoor area.

Our group of 3 stayed only 1 night- any more would’ve been a challenge as there were no comfortable seats for relaxing in. The only communal area was in the kitchen with very high stools. Most unusual bathroom- be prepared!

The flat was in a fantastic location, with good instructions and directions to the property and how to get the keys etc, the flat was very quirky , beds were ok as was sitting in the lounge, would definately book again

Very quirky place, great location and easy check in.

For a family of 4 adults, the ‘living’ area was uncomfortable and the TV did not function.

The comfortable beds The quirkiness of the decoration, but it took precedence over the comfort of the guests.

Facilities for dining and seating to watch TV. The height of the sink. The height of ALL seating. This made for a very uncomfortable experience to sit and eat or watch TV. We looked at previous reviews and this has been mentioned many times before. The owners need to do something about this. The allocated parking space was very tight.
